The Mandale Group is an established Property Development Company based in the North East offering 20 years experience in building accommodation from residential to offices, shops, leisure and warehouses. The Mandale Group is very much a forward thinking company committed to designing buildings using all the latest technology and materials available to help with the flow of the environment.

We were the first company to construct office accommodation at Teessides finest business park Teesdale, together with blocks of apartments which incorporated leisure facilities. Teesdale now covers an area of 12 acres of which 12 of the buildings on this park were constructed and let by ourselves. Further development went ahead with the construction of Teesdale South, a 90,000 sqft business park with a further 6 buildings. The occupiers of the buildings are the NHS, Cleveland Police, Yorkshire Bank, Public Lending Right and many other leading companies. There is a degree of flexibility in that individual requirements can be incorporated into a design. In addition, all our accommodation has the benefit of substantial car parking facilities.

We have recently opened Mandale Park in Durham, the former L.G Phillips site. Our unique selection of business spaces range in size and style from the typical open plan office for the larger organization to smaller contemporary office suites. Natural lighting, feature windows, suspended ceilings, computer trunking, etc, are typical features we incorporate into all our developments. Extra items can be provided and charged at a premium or incorporated into the rent, including air conditioning and stylish flooring. We also offer the flexibility for you to design your own interiors.

Mandale regenerated Hartlepool marina converting 75 acres of wasteland into one of the most visited locations in the North East. The construction of the Marina which provides up to 600 berths for boats together with over 400 apartments,100,000 sqft of office space, 300,000 sqft of retail units and over 20 luxury restaurants and bars.
