Aker Business Solutions have taken 10,000 sqft of office space at Falcon Court, Business Park, Stockton on Tees. Joe Darragh from The Mandale Group said this has been a very important letting for us. Six months prior to this the building was occupied by The Garland Group, along with this building they had a further three similar on the same estate. We are now in the process of letting the office space that Garlands had left when they had gone into Administration.
Mr Darragh said Falcon Court is a wonderful place for businesses to re-locate to. It is home to a variety of bussineses including an on-site cafes, Greggs the bakery, a beauty parlour, a childrens' day nursery and even a dentist, not to mention its excellent transport links to major roads, town centres, airports and railways.
