We believe that all our customers would like to be involved in the final layout of their new home and be able to personally choose their internal finished. We will work with you. At Mandale we build houses but with you we create homes. We currently have developments with our exclusive range of properties and our designers will work with you to make your new home personal to you (depending on stage of the build).
Our designer works closely with you the client to ensure your dream becomes a reality, as well as working with the architects to produce the final layout, and finally liaising with you client to choose your unique internal finishes to complete your perfect home.
The sooner you reserve your home, the more choice you will have - some options are built in as we construct your home. Visit your chosen development and view the show home, which will give you an idea of how the optional extras might look in your home.
Check out our extensive range of options at the Sales information centre of your chosen development. Discuss your requirements with your homes consultant, they will explain the building schedule for your home and how it affects what you can choose and when you must decide by.
Choose and order your optional extras from your Homes Consultant. Discuss payment terms- there are different ways to pay for your styling options so please ask your Homes Consultant for further information.
Then all you have to do is move into your new home with everything already installed and working.
You may want to embark on building your new home yourself, and at the start of our new developments, we can offer plot or shell sales. If this is too big or a project we will work with you to help with your dream home.
